These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the dedluxury.com website and the car hire, chauffeur, airport transfer and related services provided by DED Luxury Car Hire & Rentals (“DED Luxury”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Dromeda Elite Drive company. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide luxury car hire, professional chauffeur services, airport transfers, executive mobility, wedding convoys and corporate transport within Lagos, with inter-city trips available on request. Service availability is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability at the time of booking.
Quotes are provided via our website form, WhatsApp, phone or email and are based on the information you give us (vehicle, duration, route and date). Prices may vary with trip details, waiting time, fuel, tolls, distance and special requests. A quote is an estimate until your booking is confirmed by us.
A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing (typically by WhatsApp or email) and any required deposit has been received. Please provide accurate trip details; we are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
Accepted payment methods and timing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment may be required in advance or on the day of service, as agreed. Additional charges (e.g. extended hours, extra mileage, waiting time, tolls) will be communicated and invoiced where applicable.
If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made close to the scheduled time, or no-shows, may incur a charge to cover costs already committed. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed with your booking.
Our chauffeurs are vetted, trained professionals and our vehicles are insured and maintained to a high standard. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher standard where necessary due to operational reasons.
While we plan routes to allow for Lagos traffic, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, flight changes, or events of force majeure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any booking is limited to the value of the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times; please check the vehicle before leaving.
Our vehicles carry the insurance required for commercial passenger transport. This does not cover your personal possessions, which you carry at your own risk.
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on dedluxury.com — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to DED Luxury and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page.
